A one-off hand built cabin within 3 acres of fully fenced meadow with a private stream, a backdrop of woodland and a soundtrack of gently cascading water and birdsong.

If you're struggling with life's challenges and looking for more than just a break, 'fully immersive therapy' could be exactly what you need.
The Den has been an idyllic sanctuary for couples and individuals for 8 years, away from the stress and distraction of work and home life and we continue to welcome guests who just need to getaway. But for those seeking support of a professional counsellor, we are now delighted to combine the two.
With our own BACP registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist, you can benefit from 90 minute daily sessions just a short distance from the Den, with time and space to rest, reflect and process what's going on for you in a supportive and encouraging environment. This is a truly holistic experience to rejuvenate body and mind.
Weekly fully immersive therapy begins in April 2025.

Running right behind the cabin is a wooded watercourse (named the Nant Rhyd y Fuwch or Stream of the Cow) With trees and lush vegetation all around we've added a new place to sit and dine to make the most of this beautiful, tranquil setting. The raised deck is easily accessible from behind the Den and built out from the edge of the wood
